By purchasing from Belles Gecko Village, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions listed below.

By sending a payment or deposit, you are confirming that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions of sale(s).

Belles Gecko Village reserves the right to deny the sale of any animal to any customer over concerns of improper care. 

Sex cannot be guaranteed. 

The photos posted of available geckos best represent their true colors. Hues may vary between different computer & phone screens.

Belles Gecko Village currently ONLY accepts public pickup.

30 day payment plans are offered on purchases totaling $100 or more. Animals are placed on hold with the payment of a non-refundable deposit of 25% or more of the total amount due. Full payment of the total amount due must be received within 30 days of the initial deposit or the sale is voided. 
* In the case of a voided sale: No refund of deposit or payments will be given. Funds already paid cannot be transferred to a different purchase and cannot be banked as store credit towards a future purchase. Failure to complete a payment plan with Belles Gecko Village will result in the customer being in-eligible for such plans in the future. 

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. To protect the customer, Belles Gecko Village must be contacted through Facebook messenger, or email to confirm sale before any initial payment is sent.

Belles Gecko Village is not responsible for the health or life of any animal once it has been in the care of the customer for 24 hours. 

Should an animal greater than 5g in weight and $60 in price die within 24 hours of arrival, a refund of half the purchase price may be provided under the following conditions:
* Belles Gecko Village must be notified of the death within 24 hours of a live animal being received by the customer. 
* No fewer than 5 clear photos or a clear video of at least 1 minute in duration of the deceased animal must be provided by the customer via Facebook messenger or email.
* No fewer than 5 clear photos of the animal’s full habitat must be provided by the customer via Facebook messenger or email. 
* The customer must establish that environmental and care conditions such as temperature, humidity, habitat decorations, diet, and human handling where not the cause of animal injury or death. Belles Gecko Village may request additional information or photos for this purpose before agreeing to a refund.

Tail drop is a natural phenomenon in crested geckos. No refund or discount will be provided for animals that drop their tail.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Belles Gecko Village. If you are under 18, a parent must be the one to make contact with me and arrange the sale.
